Newid taith Cerddwyr Cylch Teifi

Gan fod y tir mor wlyb a’r llwybrau’n rhy fwdlyd, bydd ychydig o newid i’n taith fis Mawrth 8fed. Fel yn y rhaglen wreiddiol, cwrddwn am 10.30 wrth Dafarn y Cyfarchiad (Salutation) Felindre Farchog (SN100 390) (Côd post SA41 3UY)

Ond wedyn, eith pawb draw yn eu ceir i’r Parrog, Trefdraeth a pharcio yno. Dan arweiniad Gwyndaf a Heather Tomos, cerddwn ar lwybrau da o’r Parrog draw at y bont haearn, ac i ymweld â Choetan Arthur, gan glywed am nodweddion a hanes yr ardal ar ein ffordd cyn troi’n ôl. Wedi’r daith, bydd cyfle i gael lluniaeth yn y dref i’r rhai sy’n dymuno.

A change in the Cylch Teifi walk

As the ground is so wet and the paths are too muddy, there’ll be a bit of a change in the March 8th walk. As in the original programme, we’ll meet at 10.30 at the Salutation Inn in Felindre Farchog (SN100 390) (post code SA41 3UY)

But then everyone will go in their cars to the Parrog in Newport and park there. Under the leadership of Gwyndaf and Heather Tomos, we’ll walk on good paths from the Parrog over to the iron bridge, and to visit the Coetan Arthur cromlech, hearing about characteristics and history of the area on our way before turning back. After the walk, there’ll be a chance for those who wish to have refreshments in town.

A warm welcome to all. Welsh will be the language of the walk, so if you are beginning to learn you may not be able to follow much of what is said but it is an ideal opportunity to use all the Welsh you have learned and you can ask others to give you the gist – but please try to avoid using ‘English-only’ in any conversation. Diolch. 01239 654561 philippa.gibson@gmail.com
