[Jump to English]

O na, nid rhagor o gardiau fflach, Nic?

Wel, ie, dw i’n gwybod mod i’n gwthio cardiau fflach Quizlet ar fy myfyrwyr i yn Aberteifi ers cwpl o flynyddoedd, a dw i’n dal i feddwl taw dyna’r lle gorau ar gyfer ymarferion dwys, ond dw i newydd ddod ar draws cram.com a gweld bod cwpl o gemau iaith gyda nhw sy’n edrych yn ddiddorol.

I geisio’r gemau, ewch i’r wefan cram.com a chwilio am “welsh” neu “cymraeg”, dewis set sy’n edrych yn ddiddorol ac wedyn dewis yr opsiwn Games. Mae dwy gêm ar gael i bob set o gardiau. Bydd y gêm  “Jewels of Wisdom” yn gyfarfwydd i unrhywun sy wedi wastraffu oriau yn chwarae Bejewelled ar ei ffôn lôn, ac mae Stellar Speller yn gyfuniad o “Spacerace” Quizlet a gemau arcêd hen ysgol fel Space Invaders ac Asteroids.

Does dim rhaid i chi greu cyfrif ar Cram i chwarae’r gemau, ond os dych chi moyn cadw eich sgôr uchel, mae modd defynddio eich cyfrif Facebook, Twitter neu Google+ i greu cyfrif Cram glou.

Oh, no, not more flashcards, Nic?

Well, yes, I know I’ve been pushing Quizlet flashcards on my Cardigan Students for a couple of years, and I still think that that’s the best place for intensive vocab practice, but I’ve just come across  cram.com and seen a couple of their language games which look interesting.

To try the games out, go to  cram.com and search for “welsh” or “cymraeg”, choose a set which looks interesting and then choose the “Games” option. There are two games available for every set.  “Jewels of Wisdom” will be familiar to anyone who has wasted hours playing Bejewelled on their smart phone, and Stellar Speller is a mash-up of Quizlet’s “Spacerace”  and old school arcade games like Space Invaders and Asteroids.

You don’t need to create an account on Cram to play the games, but if you want to save you highscores you can use your Facebook, Twitter or Google+ account to quickly create a Cram account.
